To add to jaw dropping appeal the house is a decent 4x2 that presents very well. I could go on about the quality kitchen, new bathrooms, freshly painted, or that there are roller shutters on the windows, a fire place, but the list would never end! Sure, there isn't much yard left but who wants to maintain lawns and gardens anyway when you can have all of this?
